Timeline
- Discloses close connection with the Traralgon Community Development Association (TDCA) [images: 1013 and 1014 - Ling]. The website of the TDCA was at www.traralgon.org.au and is now defunct.
- 4 Aug 2024 - Ling met with Hurlston, Ferguson and others to plan the establishment of LCCW at the Moe Library [image: 1003 - Hurlston Ling]
- 29 Jul 2024 - Ling promotes her new role in supporting Council Watch Vic and an event at the RSL. The RSL deny any knowledge and refuse it to be used by Council Watch Vic [image 1011 - Ling]. Community outrage forces Ling to scramble to find another venue. Ferguson comes to the rescue by secretly booking the Moe Library. Using council premises for political purposes subsequently gets Ferguson in hot water [image: 1010 - Ling].
- 13 May 2024 - Deletes comments on her Valley Insights page questioning the criminal charges against one of her followers and fellow Gippsland Peoples Council associate, Lauren Krell.
- 14 May 2023 - Ling speaks at GPC event, along with Hansford. [image 1041 - Ling Hansford]
- 2023 - Ling received $1,000 from the Gippsland Peoples Council as part of the bogus Australian Nurses Memorial Award. The claimed “anonymous” donation came from Ian Prigg of the Gippsland Peoples Council. [image 1042 - Ling]. Note Ian Prigg's signature in full view. GPC, in an attempt to deflect attention, remove the signature from subsequent photos and refer to Prigg as an anonymous donor. [image 1043 - Ling -shows Ling receiving award]. Soon after, Ling spruiks about receiving the bogus award [image: 1044 - Ling]. Soon after that, Australian College of Nursing confirms the award has nothing to do with them (ie bogus) [image 1045 - Ling].
